Need help trying to use a batch file to check if a file exists in a remote directory using AlexFTPS-1.0.2

I am very new at this if you can't tell.  ;)

I am trying to see if a specific file exists in a remote directory on our server at work using FTPS connection.

I am not sure on how to go about it. Should I get a list by using -l and use a for loop to check if the file exists?

If you could give me any example of this it would help me out a lot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
