Proxy Support

Are you going to implement Proxy Support soon to this fantastic library ?

in the FTP world there's not a single official FTP proxy protocol.  Currently the "username@targethost" type is supported (e.g.: ftp.proxy et similia).

Just set the proxy address as the FTPS client address and use the above syntax for the username.

I will add support for other protocols in order to provide at least the equivalent of what's provided by Filezilla or similar apps.

in my company we've got a ftp-proxy with the "username@targerthost" format. I'm trying to implement your library in a c# program for an automated ftp-sync tool. You have said in your previous post  that this type of ftp-proxy is currently supported, but how do i use it within my program? It would be nice if you could give me an example.

this kind of proxy is quite "trasparent" in terms of FTP protocol support. Just put the proxy address in place of the server address to connect to. The proxy will read the real server address from the username (with the "user@server" syntax) and proceed.

Let me know if it works in your configuration!
